   “So what do you want to know Holly?”
“I want to know about my parents before I became a Wayne.”
“All right where do you want to start?”
“When they first found out about me.”
“Ok let’s see, your mother came to me first, she hadn’t told your father yet, she was scared and confused.”
“Ivy, I don’t want to know the story I just want to know what they were like.”
“Oh well, your mother was very kind hearted and caring.”
“But what about all the murders she did?”
“She did them to impress your father.”
“Speaking of what was he like?”
“Your father was a unique one, before he was a monster, but when your mother was pregnant he changed almost kind, mostly when you were born.”
“Do you think I should go with him?”
“That’s your decision, but remember this he did try to kill you and other infants while you were in the orphanage.”
“Why?”
“He said if he can’t have you no one can.” Holly began to cry as she thought of her father killing her. “Holly sweetie open the door honey.”
Holly grabbed the card beside the cell and swiped it through the lock. The door opened and ivy caught Holly as she dropped to her knees.
“It’s all right I’ve got you.”
“And would you kindly hand her over.” Joker said pointing a gun at Ivy.
The glass shattered as 2 Black boots came crushing on jokers back.
“She comes with me.” Batman said as he rose from the shadows.
“She comes with me Bats, she’s my daughter!”
A vine sprang between the 2 men forcing them apart.
“Will both of you stop and look at what you’ve done to Holly.” Ivy said as she pointed to a weeping holly sitting on the floor. “You’re fighting is tearing her apart, none of you deserve her.
“And what, you think you do witch!”
“She needs a mother figure Joker.”
“And what you think you fit the part, even you must think this is crazy Bats!”
“She’s right, Holly needs a mother figure.”
“She had one but your attack dogs took her away from us.”
Batman grabbed Joker by his collar and slammed him against the wall “I tried to stop them, you think I would actually let them harm her!”
“You actually look like your gonna do it this time.”
“I’m considering it.”
“Go ahead you already stole both of my girls from me.”
Batman tightened his grip and looked at Holly who was drenched in tears and terror at the sight of both of them. Batman let joker fall to the ground as he stepped back and turned to face Ivy and Holly.
“Now will both of you just calm down so we can figure this out, now Holly….. Holly wait! But it was too late as she was already half way down the stairs. “I hope both of you are happy, now that you have chased her off you deserve her you 2 deserve each other.” She said as she chased after her.
Both men gave each other a stern look before going their separate ways, Batman out the window and joker down the other set of steps. All 3 of them were hoping to catch Holly before she got too far, but it was too late at the sight of tire marks and the faint light of rear view lights. All 3 stood on the steps wondering what to do next.
